    Did you install it from the CD-ROM?

When you installed the software from CD, were there any problems?

Yes,

    Do you have administrative privileges on the computer?

        Yes, try to reinstall software from CD. [go to End]

        No, get admin privileges or get admin to install. [go to End]

    Did you reboot the computer after installing the software?

    Yes,  [ go to Printer Off-line]

    No, try rebooting the computer and trying again

    Is there another printer assigned to the port you are using for DocuClock?
