print systems, DocuClock will only print the time if it gets time from the clock running on the host computer. Other time clocks can accumulate several seconds of drift between readings.

· AUTOMATIC "NO PRINT": If for some reason DocuClock does not receive a signal the time will not be printed 

Direct Print Features:

· AUTO PRINT  Dual optical paper sensors print automatically whenever a paper slip is introduced.

· RIBBON CARTRIDGE - Snap-in Ribbon Cartridge (Purple or Black)

· DESK FRIENDLY  The desktop DocuClock time stamp unit measures only 7 x 7.5 inches. It is available in either white or dark gray.

· COMMERCIAL QUALITY Unit is designed for years of dependable service, the print head has a expected life of well over 1 million stamps.

DocuClock is available in two configurations. The Direct Print version comes complete with dedicated printer that prints automatically whenever a paper slip is inserted. The software only version uses any attached Windows supported printer that prints whenever the "Time Stamp" button is pressed.

  • Windows 95/98/Me or Windows NT/2000

  • Recommended minimum of 16 Meg Ram, 1.5 Meg hard disk storage space

  • POS compatible or Windows supported printer
