Troubleshooting
CallWatch won't dial

There is no number to dial.

CallWatch is set to the wrong serial port.
Modem is not connected or not configured to the computer running CallWatch.
Modem has not been installed or is not recognized under Windows.
There is no phone line.
Modem doesn't support Hayes dialing set.
